Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in program or portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program governance and project delivery.
• Develop dashboards for real-time visibility into project status.
• Coordinate between business, product, and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to PMO best practices.
• Identify risks early and facilitate resolutions.
• Partner with change management leads for user adoption.
• Communicate program progress in executive meetings.
• Engage in shaping AI and automation strategy.
