DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses and verify the accounting behind them. You will trace numbers through the logic, identify incorrect drivers, and craft defensible analyses fit for CFOs.

Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance is expected, with strong financial modeling skills and excellent written English. This role emphasizes remote, flexible project-based work for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
