DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses against real corporate scenarios, verify valuation assumptions, and defend the accounting behind them.

You’ll stress-test AI-generated three-statement models, trace the logic to expose misaligned drivers, and write judgments that a CFO would trust. This flexible, remote role suits analysts who combine rigor with clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic underneath.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
