DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses and validate the underlying accounting and assumptions. You will trace numbers through model logic, expose unsupported drivers, and articulate defensible judgments for CFOs.

The role emphasizes real-world corporate finance experience, strong modeling skills, and precise written explanations, with flexible, remote project work and substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
