Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will compare generated images and videos to determine which better follows prompts, rating adherence, quality, and realism while providing precise English explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Write a concise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
