Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English with clear, concise explanations.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening/observation.
• Ability to write evidence-based reviews of AI outputs.
• Comfortable deciding between imperfect options and documenting reasoning.
• Experience reviewing AI-generated media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and assess naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom or replay to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues in English.
