Qualifications

• Full-stack engineering with backend services and production‑quality interfaces.
• Production experience with AI-powered systems and agent observability workflows.
• Strong React and modern design system experience; ability to translate design to code.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-stack design and engineering quality for pilots and prototypes; ensure visual consistency and accessibility.
• Design human-on-the-loop interaction patterns for agentic systems with observable interfaces.
• Build and maintain a shared design system and component library for Innovation Crew outputs.
• Define UX standards for AI Assistants and Copilots; create real-time knowledge retrieval and AI-generated content displays.
• Conduct lightweight user research with internal stakeholders; incorporate user signals into the design process.
• Champion WCAG accessibility standards and performance across deliverables; apply JD Power brand guidelines.
