Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setting. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media, and explain what’s off in writing while working on a flexible schedule.

Contributors rate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism and receive weekly payments. This freelance, 1099 opportunity offers access to leading LLMs and variable project scopes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in on content.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your reasoning.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence and realism and writing explicit explanations in English.
