Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated media, and describe what looks or sounds off. This is a remote, freelance role with flexible hours and pay up to $15 per hour.
You will rate and explain each interaction, contribute to improving AI behavior, and work on your own schedule from anywhere with internet access.
Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
- Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Responsibilities
- Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
- Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
- Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
- Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
