Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will engage with AI voice models, compare multimedia outputs, and write clear explanations of what seemed off, all on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates bring fluent English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to articulate why a given output misaligns with prompts. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with remote eligibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; strong written communication essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify outputs.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding between options when flaws exist.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
