Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Ideal candidates have fluent English, strong attention to detail, and experience writing concise explanations. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with flexible hours and payment up to $15 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, or United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a detailed explanation in English.
