Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt best, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 per hour, paid weekly; rates vary by expertise and project needs. You’ll have flexible hours, and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain what’s off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable analyzing AI outputs and making decisions with limited information.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking AI-generated image and video pairs based on how well they follow prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing concise explanations in English that point to observed issues.
