Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges for naturalness and usefulness, and compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts to judge adherence.

You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule. At Outlier, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, supporting frontier research becoming practical AI.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios and giving concise reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos to prompts and judging adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot artifacts, misalignment, or audio/video mismatches.
• Writing concise explanations in English describing what was off.
• Completing tasks remotely and on a flexible schedule.
