Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and write precise explanations of what looked off.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, contributing to improvements in real-world performance across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to listen closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining choices.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
