Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing image/video pairs, inspecting outputs for issues, and rating across dimensions such as adherence and realism, with written explanations in English. Global applicants welcome and payments are weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with natural conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above as a baseline qualification.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted visuals or misaligned audio.
• Write explanations in English that point to what was observed.
