Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs for naturalness and adherence, and explain in writing what looked off or incorrect.

You’ll compare images and videos to prompts, identify artifacts, and provide evidence-based explanations. This role supports improving AI systems and offers weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment of audio and video.
• Write explicit, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was off, and why.
