Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models. You will score outputs, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to articulate concise, evidence-based explanations. Remote work allows flexible hours from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs by zooming in and replaying to spot distortions, flicker, misalignment, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to observed issues.
