Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and write explanations of what went wrong.

The role helps shape how AI systems learn and improve by providing structured feedback and ratings. Earn up to $15 per hour on a freelance basis, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
