Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on your schedule, from home or while traveling. You will rate live AI voice conversations, compare image/video outputs to see which follows prompts better, and explain what looked or sounded off in written form.

Role supports shaping how advanced AI systems reason and learn. This is a flexible, remote opportunity with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs, making it suitable for dedicated contributors worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to assess content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable speaking and thinking through realistic situations in conversation with AI models.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, glitches, or misalignments.
• Write specific explanations in English describing observed issues.
