Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work remotely with flexible hours; weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Candidates should spot issues like misaligned audio, unnatural motion, or text errors and provide concise explanations in writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication in everyday conversational speech.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing explanations in English.
