Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.

You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule. As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your work helps shape AI systems to reason, learn, and perform better in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural and clear each response sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio and visual cues, and explain findings in writing.
