Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and write explanations of what looked off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Role focuses on evaluating realism and adherence to prompts, with flexible remote hours. Candidates should have strong written English, attention to detail, and, ideally, a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
