Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and describe in writing what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI performance in real-world scenarios.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
