Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely on your schedule.

This freelance role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, contributing to AI that performs better in the real world. Paid on a weekly cadence as a 1099 contract, with flexible hours and remote work from anywhere.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to find issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Ranking and comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation of what you saw or heard.
