Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible-hours basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all in writing and on your own schedule.

As a contributor, you’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing evaluation feedback. This is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with payments on a weekly cadence and incentives based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and everyday conversational ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted motion or text errors.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide written explanations in English.
