Job summary

Simulations Plus is seeking an Enterprise AI and Integration Engineer, a hands-on technical individual contributor responsible for building, integrating, implementing, and supporting AI, automation, and business-system solutions. You will work with stakeholders across IT and business units to transform needs into production-ready solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, system integrations, governance, and security while enabling enterprise platforms and data flows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related technical work in integration, AI enablement, or automation
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, integrating, testing, deploying, or supporting enterprise solutions
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows, copilots, intelligent agents, retrieval-augmented solutions, or related tech
• Experience with ERP, CRM, data, or enterprise platforms like Power Platform or Copilot Studio
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI workflows and automation solutions using enterprise platforms
• Develop agent instructions, prompts, tools, APIs, and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Connect AI solutions with enterprise systems and data sources
• Develop reusable patterns, connectors, and components
• Implement monitoring, testing, and quality controls for AI solutions
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI and automation deployments for reliability
