Job summary

Golabs Tech is seeking an AI Engineering Manager for a healthcare AI scheduling product. You will lead a senior team across multiple regions, drive delivery from roadmap to production, and coordinate with EHR integrations and contact-center platforms.

You will review designs, manage dependencies, and push for production-ready releases while maintaining high engineering standards and governance across a monorepo.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, with 2–3+ years managing or leading engineering teams, including distributed teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the scheduling platform, with Python/FastAPI service, workflow runtime, and AI agents in live patient interactions.
• Coordinate dependencies with EHR integrations and related teams.
• Own roadmap items, epics, and release commitments; plan work with clear acceptance criteria.
