Job summary

Bobsled is seeking an AI Engineer to enhance text-to-SQL accuracy within their AI-powered analytics application. This remote position allows you to lead production systems, collaborate with engineering teams, and improve semantic models.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in data engineering, strong Python skills, and a proactive, product-oriented mindset. You'll be responsible for designing evaluations, shipping code, and iterating on workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ML/AI or data-focused engineering or data science roles.
• Demonstrated experience tuning LLM applications.
• Strong hands-on coding in Python or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Own the text-to-SQL accuracy problem end-to-end.
• Build and operate the experimentation and evaluation loop.
• Ship production-grade code and support deployments.
