Prestige Staffing is seeking an AI Engineer to join a dynamic, fully remote US-based team. You will develop and maintain production-grade AI/ML systems, focusing on end-to-end deployment, evaluation, and iteration of models, including LLM-powered services.

This remote role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, a collaborative environment, and strong growth potential across diverse software products. 2+ years of industry experience and a passion for learning are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software industry experience.
• Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and model evaluation.
• Proven production AI/ML model experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain high-quality Python code.
• Experience creating LLM-powered services.
• Desire and aptitude for learning new AI/ML techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with end-to-end AI/ML processes such as deployment and maintenance at scale.
• Preferred: experience with AWS AI/ML stack, document processing with LLMs, mentoring teammates, and working with multiple LLM models and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI/ML services that deliver measurable value to users.
• Evaluate, experiment, and iterate on LLM and traditional ML models, including context engineering and agent workflows.
• Monitor and maintain production models, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to integrate AI features into customer-facing products.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML developments and incorporate best practices into solutions.
• Provide strategic input on technical AI/ML initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
