Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and ship pipelines that connect to LLM providers, driving AI-enabled features and platform capabilities across products.

You will lead AI-driven initiatives from concept to production, build agentic systems with tool use, agent loops, function calling, and structured outputs, and ensure high-quality code in Java and Python while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering.
• Strong Java proficiency.
• Hands-on Python experience.
• Expertise in agentic system design including tools, loops, function calls and reasoning models.
• Experience with RESTful API development and AI integrations.
• Background with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Bedrock.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship pipelines integrating with LLM providers and platforms.
• Lead internal AI-driven initiatives from concept to production.
• Build agentic systems involving tool use, agent loops, function calling, and structured outputs.
• Use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.
