Cross Border Talents in North America is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy intelligent systems that automate and optimise supply-chain operations at scale. The role is fully remote with ~6h overlap across ET and is a full-time engagement.

This position requires 4+ years of AI/ML experience, strong Python and ML frameworks, and proven production deployment capabilities. US work authorization is required to proceed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying models to production.
• Must be authorised to work in the US (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models for logistics and e-commerce use cases.
• Work with LLMs, computer vision and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production.
