Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated AI Developer to join our team remotely, with possible travel to client sites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years with Python and ML libraries, experience deploying ML models, data engineering skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience with Python and ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• 2+ years’ experience installing, configuring, and using AI/ML tools (Flowise, NiFi, and LLMs).
• 2+ years’ data engineering tasks (ETL, cleansing, wrangling).
• Experience with front-end integrations and enterprise systems is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and LLM evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to understand data analytics needs and how AI can help.
• Elicit requirements and design specifications for AI solutions.
• Install, configure, and document AI/ML tools in use.
• Design and train ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn.
• Develop AI applications using LLMs and perform prompt engineering and fine tuning.
• Optimize models for scalability, latency, and accuracy in production.
