Job summary

Onward Search is seeking an AI Engineer for a remote-in-region, Temp to Perm role with a leading healthcare organization. You will design and implement AI-enabled experiences, including conversational and voice AI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems.

You will monitor AI performance, guide technical teams, and support project execution while upholding data security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in developing and deploying conversational AI and voice automation solutions.
Strong understanding of AI platform configuration, integration, and performance tuning.
Ability to analyze requirements and propose effective AI-based solutions.
Familiarity with data governance, security practices, and maintaining operational stability in AI systems.
Excellent collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled experiences, including conversational and voice AI solutions.
