Rula is a remote-first company hiring in most U.S. states, excluding Hawaii. As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll sit with a team, learn how work is done, and ship tools they use weekly, turning six-to-eight hour tasks into under thirty minutes.

You’ll stay until each tool runs independently, then distill what you learned into building blocks that help the next team move faster, with privacy-by-design at the core for mental health care.

Formación

• 8+ years shipping production-quality software with end-to-end ownership.
• Tools/products used weekly by customers or teams, with telemetry.
• Experience learning workflows through observation/interviews before designing.
• Daily use of AI coding agents with privacy-by-design practices.
