Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking an AI Engineer to build and ship production code using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and related tools. You will extend AI coding agents in an enterprise-sized environment, supporting a Financial Services transformation and large multi-repo codebases.

You will configure agents, integrate tools, and ensure safe, reliable outputs. Strong Python/TypeScript/Java skills and a track record with Claude/Codex are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven, daily hands-on use of Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to deliver production code.
• Experience building MCP servers, custom tools, or hooks.
• Strong grasp of context and prompt design and agent output verification.
• Experience building CI/CD automation and scripting agent workflows via CLIs/SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Delivery with Coding Agents to produce production-quality code.
• Apply agents to legacy modernization and platform migration in large codebases.
• Serve as reference implementer and codify patterns for others.
• Review, test, and harden agent-generated code to production standards.
• Build and maintain standardized agent configurations and integrations.
• Develop telemetry, dashboards, and tooling for agent performance and cost.
