Fractal Analytics seeks an AI Engineer to lead hands-on coding with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor for a large-scale AI-enabled software engineering transformation in financial services. You will ship production code, configure agents, and integrate automation across enterprise codebases.

Role emphasizes CI/CD automation, security, governance, and collaboration with teams to deliver reliable, scalable code while staying current with AI tooling and best practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong Python and at least one additional language.
• Proven daily hands-on use of Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to deliver production code.
• Experience building MCP servers, custom tools, skills, subagents, or hooks.
• Strong prompt design, task decomposition, and agent-output verification skills.
• Experience building CI/CD automation and scripting agent workflows via CLIs or SDKs.
• Solid Git workflows, testing, code review, and secure coding practices.
• Working knowledge of AWS (Bedrock, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, S3).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

• Use coding agents daily to deliver production-quality code: features, refactors, migrations, tests, and documentation.
• Apply agents to legacy modernization and platform migration on large enterprise codebases.
• Serve as reference implementer: codify patterns for other teams.
• Review, test, and harden agent-generated code to production standards.
• Build and maintain standardized agent configurations and internal tooling.
• Develop MCP servers and tool integrations connecting agents to internal systems.
• Engineer context packages, prompt templates, and codebase indexing for large environments.
• Tune agent behavior and diagnose failure modes such as context overflow and looping.
• Build agent-driven SDLC automation pipelines and internal repositories.
