Fractal Analytics Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer to advance production-grade AI coding agents within large-scale financial services software projects.

You will work daily with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and AWS Bedrock to modernize codebases across multiple repos and platforms. You will design and tune agent configurations, build MCP-like tooling, and integrate agents into CI/CD pipelines while maintaining rigorous security and governance practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (TypeScript/Java).
• Daily hands-on use of Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to deliver production code.
• Experience building MCP servers, custom tools, skills, subagents, or hooks.
• Solid grounding in Git workflows, testing, code review, and secure coding practices.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on delivery with coding agents to produce production-quality code.
• Apply agents to legacy modernization and large multi-repo migrations.
• Review, test, and harden agent-generated code to production standards.
• Build and maintain standardized agent configurations and integrations.
• Develop context packages, prompt templates, and codebase indexing for large environments.
• Automate SDLC via CI/CD pipelines and agent workflows.
• Implement governance, permissions, sandboxing, and data-protection controls.
• Create telemetry pipelines and benchmarks to measure agent quality and usage.
