Tekaccel Inc. is seeking an AI Enablement Product Manager for a remote, long‑term contract. You will build and operationalize an AI‑enabled PDLC suite of internal tools to help product teams execute work faster using AI agents and workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software product management, strong data‑driven decision making, and familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub, and Codex. You will collaborate with engineers and cross‑functional partners in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in software product management.
• Advanced capability in product requirements, data‑driven decision‑making, AI fluency, rapid prototyping, business acumen, and product planning.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to work through ambiguity, evaluate complex problems, and make evidence‑based recommendations.
• Experience collaborating across functions and working closely with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize an AI-enabled PDLC suite of internal tools and applications.
• Lead design and adoption of AI agent workflows and integrated tools for product teams.
• Prototype, test, and ship AI-enabled features with hands‑on involvement alongside engineers.
