Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own end-to-end PDLC/SDLC transformation for the Intuit Platform and Development Xcceleration group in Mountain View. You will drive an outcome-focused roadmap, connect executive goals to day-to-day delivery, and lead cross-functional initiatives across product and engineering with a strong emphasis on AI tooling and rapid prototyping.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical product management focusing on developer platforms.
• End-to-End PDLC/SDLC expertise with detailed execution structures.
• Data-driven discovery with qualitative validation for roadmaps.
• Experience driving organizational adoption of new tooling and processes.
• Technical fluency with tool integrations and system interoperability.
• Hands-on AI tooling for rapid prototyping to accelerate alignment.
• Certifications: PMP and/or CSPO highly preferred for execution framework.
• Undergraduate CS/Engineering degree; MBA highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive an outcome-focused roadmap aligned to success metrics.
• Bridge company strategy to execution-level tracking under a single plan-of-record.
• Dynamic reprioritization of backlogs and platform capabilities as needed.
• Lead user discovery, empathy interviews and friction point analysis.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across product and engineering.
• Provide independent, objective POV and avoid excessive leadership appeasement.
• Communicate strategy to executives and translate depth to developer communities.
• Operate as a self-directed leader on large cross-functional programs.
• Establish and scale best practices for integrating AI into PM lifecycle.
