Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Consultant, AI Enablement to bridge business needs with AI capabilities at a Fortune 100 company. You will translate emerging AI technologies into actionable enablement roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and outcomes.

This role emphasizes governance, data readiness, and change management, working with enterprise teams to ensure successful AI initiatives at scale and measurable value.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in AI or digital transformation roles.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies and product management/owner principles.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Translating business challenges into AI use cases and supporting enablement roadmap development.
• Assess data readiness and identify appropriate data sources for AI adoption.
• Contribute to AI project lifecycles from ideation to deployment and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Identify and maintain a backlog of AI opportunities and use cases through ideation and collaboration.
• Ensure alignment with governance, regulatory, and ethical AI practices.
• Promote AI literacy and support adoption with learning teams.
• Track KPIs and support continuous improvement of enablement strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on future AI skill needs and workforce planning.
