Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer support or technical support environment.
- Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
- Familiarity with relational databases and data analysis is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools for research, troubleshooting, or documentation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate, and thorough resolution to customer issues.
- Monitor the support queue and take ownership of issues through resolution or escalation.
- Investigate application, data, integrations, architecture, and interface issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Document solutions and troubleshooting techniques to grow the knowledge base.
