Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide project support and coordinate clinical study activities, with a focus on Oncology and Cardiology.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, and manage patient engagement and study metrics. This remote role is based in the United States and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in clinical research or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
