Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide project support and coordination across multiple clinical initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive study execution in Oncology and Cardiology.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in clinical research or project coordination, a life sciences degree, and experience with AI tools or automation. This full-time role is based in Washington, DC area with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of clinical research or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in pharma company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
