Job summary

CareTalk Health is a fully remote, nationwide virtual medical practice seeking a Workforce Management Analyst. You will own forecasting, capacity planning, and analytics for Patient Support Specialists, RNs, and Providers in a remote US-based setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on analysis with AI-enabled forecasting tools, real-time queue monitoring, and close collaboration with operations to ensure optimal staffing and coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in workforce management or a WFM operational role.
• Contact center experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with real-time queue monitoring and adherence in a contact center setting.
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to turn data into clear forecasts and recommendations.
• AI fluency — comfort using LLMs and AI tools in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Forecast contact and demand volume and build capacity/staffing plans across teams.
• Monitor queues and staffing in real time, tracking adherence and service levels and adjust as needed.
• Flag intraday risks and communicate recommended adjustments to operations.
• Pull and combine source data and analyze it to produce actionable staffing recommendations.
• Use AI-powered tools and prompting to generate, test, and validate forecasts against historical performance.
• Build and maintain reporting on occupancy, adherence, service levels, and staffing accuracy.
• Account for multi-state clinician licensing when planning coverage.
• Collaborate with leadership to flag risks and recommend adjustments.
