Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Lead Workday Integration Developer (People Tech & AI) for a remote role, reporting to the Director of IT/Corporate Apps. You’ll evolve our HR tech stack by blending deep Workday expertise with AI-driven development, leveraging AI-assisted coding and multi-agent workflows to deliver automated, intelligent employee experiences across the HR landscape.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and AI-driven solutions.
• 8+ years of software engineering or systems integration experience.
• At least 4 years of architectural-level experience with the Workday Integrations framework (Payroll Integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio, and advanced reporting).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cross-platform HR solutions spanning Workday and ServiceNow HRSD.
• Lead AI-driven HR solutions design, AI-assisted coding, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Serve as senior SME to HR, Payroll, and IT executives, translating AI concepts into business value.
• Develop data-driven business cases with clear ROI and define success metrics.
• Create implementation plans using agile methods and robust test plans for Workday integrations.
