Job summary

WarrCloud, Inc. is seeking a proactive Warranty Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will leverage our AI-powered warranty processing platform to review, audit, and optimize automotive claims with speed and precision.

This role emphasizes revenue optimization, rigorous documentation, and seamless communication with dealer networks, OEMs, and internal teams. A strong technical mindset and reliable home internet are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive warranty administration experience, preferably with high-volume dealerships or a warranty processing company.
• Strong technical aptitude, comfortable quickly learning new proprietary software, and proficient with Google Workspace and Jira.
• Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex warranty terms and conditions.
• Work ethic with organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• Remote mastery: self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently within a 100% remote team.
• Communication: effective verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
• Home office standard: reliable, high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).

Responsibilities

• Revenue Maximization: Review submitted claims and identify additional revenue opportunities for clients.
• Intelligent Processing: Review, validate, and process warranty claims with high accuracy.
• Claim Optimization: Analyze claims to assign billable hours in line with OEM guidelines.
• Client Communication & Resolution: Obtain documentation, resolve claim issues, and communicate status.
• Compliance & Documentation: Document all claim activities per company and OEM policies.
• Financial Hygiene: Reconcile dealer warranty receivables with OEM records.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve warranty processes.
• Knowledge Leadership: Stay current on product knowledge and OEM warranty policies.
