6sense seeks a UX Researcher II to guide qualitative and quantitative studies for AI‑driven B2B products. You will coach cross‑functional partners, design efficient studies, and produce clear, actionable reports that inform product decisions.

You will work with PMs, designers, content designers, and engineers in fast sprint cycles, embracing humility, adaptability, and evidence-based reasoning while operating in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of UX research experience in a product development environment, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills with ability to tell a clear, compelling story.
• Proven collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Experience using AI tools in research and ensuring evidence-based conclusions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with product teams to scope and conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
• Design studies that balance rigor with efficiency and produce actionable insights.
• Create clear research reports and guide teams in applying findings.
• Coach PMs and designers in conducting user research and choosing methodologies.
• Help stand up and run measurement programs like NPS and manage research operations.
