Job summary

6sense is seeking a UX Researcher II to shape AI-driven product decisions for B2B marketing and sales tools. You will coach partners, triage requests by risk, build safeguards for AI-assisted research, and run focused studies that maximize value.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in fast sprint cycles to deliver trustworthy insights. You will frame clear questions, organize operations, and present findings with honesty about what is known, unknown, and the confidence

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of UX research in a product development environment, ideally B2B SaaS or similar.
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills with ability to tell a clear story.
• Proven experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Working knowledge of usability and mixed methods, with data analysis and measurement approach.
• Experience using AI tools in research and a critical eye for hallucinations and weak reasoning.
• Proficiency with industry-standard UX tools: Great Question, UserTesting, Dovetail, Qualtrics, Pendo.
• Exposure to B2B marketing, sales, or martech products.

Responsibilities

• Partners with product managers, designers and engineers to scope and conduct qualitative and quantitative research that deliver actionable insights and product recommendations.
• Designs studies to be efficient without sacrificing rigor.
• Creates research reports that are clear, concise, and actionable.
• Guides PMs and Designers in conducting their own user research and choosing appropriate methodologies.
• Help standup and run measurement programs like NPS.
• Support vendor management and research operations. Evaluate new vendor features.
