Responsibilities

• Align research agenda across Product, Design, Engineering, Data and Marketing.
• Synthesize insights into roadmap decisions and outcomes.
• Lead foundational research: segmentation, journeys, operating models.
• Build Voice of the Customer programs with cross-functional input.
• Scale research by mentoring designers and product managers.
• Coach researchers; set standards for craft and impact.
• Communicate findings clearly to senior leaders.
• Collaborate across US and India time zones in a remote setup.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis while protecting quality.
