Job summary

Counterpart is an insurtech platform reimagining management and professional liability for the modern workplace. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the roadmap for a Pod, collaborating with brokers, carriers, and customers to define initiatives and high-level requirements.

You will partner with an Engineering Lead, steer multi-month projects, defend sequencing, and drive AI-enabled workflows while ensuring the business outcomes and metrics are satisfied across a fully remote team

Qualifications

Experience owning a product area in an insurtech, B2B SaaS, or regulated industry.
Experience with AI-driven workflows and design decisions in product management.
Ability to translate between business stakeholders and engineers without loss of meaning.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for a Pod, discovering problems worth solving through direct talks with brokers, carriers, and customers.
Turn business intent into initiatives and plan/size/staff launchable projects.
Collaborate with the Engineering Lead to define high-level requirements and ensure the right problems are solved.
Run funded project reviews, defend sequencing, and monitor outcomes and metrics.
